My name is Carita and as a Holistic Business Coach I can help ease your journey. I know the struggle well because of my own journey that started in 2008 when I walked away from a fulltime career in IT to find better balance. That journey led me to my own business as a wellness practitioner (at Galactic Elemental). And since 2016, I’ve encountered a new sense of joy as a mentor and coach to some of my students and industry colleagues to build and improve their own small businesses.
